At BGJ Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer flexible exchange and buyback options so that you can shop with complete confidence and convenience.

Exchange Policy

We understand that preferences may change over time. If you wish to exchange your jewelry, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:

• Jewelry can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
• Exchanges are allowed for jewelry of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Buyback Policy

We also offer a buyback option for our jewelry, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Buyback is available for selected gold and diamond jewelry purchased from BGJ Jewelry.
• The jewelry must be returned with its original invoice and authenticity certificate.
• The buyback value will be calculated based on the current market value of gold or diamonds, minus applicable making and wastage charges.
• Buyback amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 7–14 business days after the item is inspected and approved.
• Jewelry that has been altered, damaged, or repaired by third parties will not be eligible for buyback.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Buyback

1. Contact our customer service team via phone or email.
2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for exchange/buyback.
3. Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through the next steps, including pickup or drop-off options.
4. Once the product is received and inspected, your exchange or buyback will be processed.

• Exchange and buyback are applicable only on products purchased directly from BGJ Jewelry.
• We reserve the right to modify our policy terms without prior notice.
