Shipping Information

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location:
  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other locations: 5–9 business days
• Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
• We offer free shipping on selected orders as part of ongoing promotions.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations. Any additional duties or taxes levied by your country’s customs office will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or return.

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or provide the return address details.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
